Biographical Info
Glen Taksler is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Associate Staff at Cleveland Clinic’s Medicine Institute, and a Senior Scholar at the Center for Health Care Research and Policy at Case Western Reserve University – MetroHealth Medical Center. His research focuses on disease prevention, with particular attention to improving the understanding of factors that improve long-term health. Dr. Taksler is the recipient of two national awards, the Most Outstanding Paper by a Young Investigator Award by the Society for Medical Decision Making and the Milton W. Hamolsky Award for Most Outstanding Junior Faculty Abstract by the Society of General Internal Medicine. He holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a Fellowship in Medicine and Population Health from New York University School of Medicine.
